Exchange & Return Policy

At Elitetto, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange and return process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Requests for exchange or return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange or Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

  2. Provide a brief reason for the exchange or return request.

  3. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for pickup or provide the return address.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the exchange or return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or damage), Elitetto will cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other exchanges or returns, the customer will be responsible for the return courier fee.

Refunds:
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit.

For orders worth PKR 2,000 or less, we charge a flat courier fee of PKR 99.

6. What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

7. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

8. Who covers the return shipping fee?
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return courier fee.
